Apple loves making their devices work together. It creates an excellent technological ecosystem. As well as increasing sales and revenue. The release of the iPhone 6 an Apple Watch is not different. As you would expect both devices integrate wonderfully together.
A rather large emphasis was on Apple’s NFC (Near Field Communication) payment method. The tech company has been criticized for not including some form of NFC in their devices.
Google had a head start with Google Wallet. Apple released Apple Pay, which is set for an October 2014 release date.
Apple Pay allows users to pay with their iPhone, it has to be an iPhone 6. Since the previous iPhones don’t have NFC technology. Apple Pay is also available on Apple Watch.
220,000 stores already accept Apple Pay, as of its September release. App purchases can also be made with the technology.
The advantage with Apple Pay is that your information is not revealed during the transaction. As long as you keep your clothes on, you info should be safe on Apple’s servers.
