Miley Cyrus Afraid Of Being A Stripper After Watching Britney Spears on MTV

Her excitement at collaborating with Britney Spears was captured on her documentary The Movement. In it, Miley Cyrus is heard saying ‘there’s only one b**** I want to work with on this record and that’s Britney b****’.
However, that doesn’t appear to be strictly true, after Miley’s producer Sean Garrett reveals that he and Miley had someone else in mind before the Work B**ch singer came on board.
‘The first name that we tossed around was Gwen Stefani,‘ Sean told MTV.
He added: ‘We were talking about Gwen because you know Gwen got that edge too, but that’s how God works. We were throwing around those ideas.’
The song – which stands for ‘strutting my stuff’ – is said to have been influenced by rapping duo Salt-N-Pepa’s 1987 hit Push It.
Britney was filmed recording her vocals on the track SMS (Bangerz) in Miley’s documentary. The pair are seen chatting in a recording studio, where Miley confessed to once being an eight-year-old fan who looked up to Britney.
Miley also confessed that her father Billy Ray was worried she would ‘grow up to be a stripper’ after she watched Britney perform at the MTV Awards.
Miley’s producer Sean Garrett added that at one stage they were considering putting rapper Nicki Minaj on the song too.
Interestingly, its not the first time Britney has played runner-up to Gwen Stefani. For her 2003 VMA performance, Madonna was said to have first wanted Gwen Stefani and P!nk to perform a medley of her hits, before enlisting the help of Britney and Christina Aguilera.
