Charlie Sheen Getting Married: Fiance Still Legally Married
Published By: Tara ClemFebruary 20, 2014
Hollywood bad boy, Charlie Sheen, has been back on a #winning streak and lucky in love, as he announced that he proposed to his porn star girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. The ex-Two and A Half Men actor has been tweeting up a storm about how much in love he is with his new girl, porn star Brett Rossi. Charlie Sheen getting married again is big news. But the bigger news is that his fiance is still legally married.
According to court records that were discovered by several media sources, Rossi is currently in the midst of divorce proceedings from her husband,Jonathan Ross, who filed for divorce from Brett on July 18, 2013. He is representing himself in the proceedings. Rossi didn’t file a response to the divorce documents until January 30, 2014, and is being represented by Sheen’s famed family law attorney, Mark Gross. The couple had been married for about a year and do not have any children together.
Some are surprised about Charlie Sheen getting married for the 4th time, but none of his ex’s have commented, and probably won’t. After the very public battle with is most recent ex wife, Brooke Mueller, and mother of his twins, she is happily going through sobriety daily, and getting her child support from Charlie. So she will probably stay mum. And his scorned second wife, Denise Richards, will more than likely stay away from commenting about Charlie Sheen getting married, after Charlie land basted her for not letting him spend Christmas with her and their daughters.
Charlie proposed to Brett Rossi in Hawaii on Valentine’s Day, and tweeted all about it. He also bought Rossi a new Mercedes before Christmas. So he’s already starting to repeat his pattern of lavish gifts.
Oh Charlie….will this tiger blood drinking bad boy ever learn that maybe marriage isn’t for him? So before good old Charlie Sheen can wed Brett Rossi, looks like she has to get divorced first. So before you hedge your bets on Charlie Sheen getting married, you might want to sit this one out. He loves to change his mind.
