Are Drake And Rihanna Together? Drake’s New Song Disses Chris Brown

When you say the name Rihanna, two names usually come to mind immediately, Drake and Chris Brown. And when you think of those two, you automatically think of their ongoing feud over Rihanna, including their bar room scuffle last year at NYC Club W.I.P. that left several people injured.
Even as recently as the 2013 MTV VMA’s, Rihanna and Drake were seen leaving an after party in NYC together, and Chris Brown was a no show. In actuality, Rihanna and Drake re-uniting is probably the best thing for everyone! But now it looks like Drake is getting in a few Chris Brown jabs of his own, with his latest single.
People are speculating after hearing the lyrics to Drake’s new song, that Drake, 26, might be trying to start another feud with Chris Brown, 24, and stir up old memories of Rihanna in his new single ‘Wu Tang Forever?’
Drake’s third single, ‘Wu-Tang Forever,’ off of his third studio album, ‘Nothing Was the Same,’ references the hip hop group of the same name and their historically acclaimed album ‘Wu-Tang Forever.’ Besides paying homage to the group, it also sounds like he puts salt on an old wound with Chris Brown and reminisces on his romantic relationship with Rihanna, 25. What do the lyrics say?
Here are the lyrics:
I just like the rush when you see your enemy somewhere in the club, And you realize he just not in a position to reciprocate your energy, You ain’t ever worried cause he’s not who he pretends to be.
Also, some of Drake’s lyrics seem to reference Miss Ri Ri herself:
I just love when I’m with you, yeah, this shit is on ten,
We used to be friends, girl, and even back then
He also raps: If you nervous, hit the lights, I know we only fucking out of spite, Cause your man don’t do you right, do you right, I could fuck you so good
But Drake seems to always keep it somewhat classy, and in June, Drake told GQ Magazine that he wishes he could be cordial with Brown.
“I hear he has everything he could want now,” Drake said. “I don’t want my name to be synonymous with that guy’s name. I really don’t. I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that’s not going to happen.”
So….sounds like Drake isn’t afraid to put his true feeling out there with the latest single. Who do you think Rihanna should be with? Drake, Chris, or neither?
